Our story
Our food is a representation of traditional Mexican cooking in honor of my grandma Mama Cholita. As farmers, food was the way to show our appreciation for the hard work that our family members spent in the field. Naturally, this led to the meticulous approach that we have towards every ingredient and step when crafting each dish. From generation to generation these values are at the core of our culinary process, from my grandma's mole, my mother’s tamales, to future generations' signature dishes. We invite you to taste the flavors of our heritage and new ones that are to come, but always with the same appreciation for food.
